In this shot we took you can see the end of the Ile aux Cygnes island which holds a statue, along with the Pont de Bir-Hakeim bridge which passes over the River Seine and to the architectural buildings in the background.

Looking North along the south end of the Canal Saint Martin you can see some more of the moored up boats along with the modern buildings which surround it – with one building being the Opera Bastille which is flying the French flag on top.
