The back of the Notre Dame de Paris

The answer to our Sunday Teaser was showing the southern end of the Notre Dame de Paris, with a lot of gothic architecture to admire on this cathedral.

Sadly no one took a guess this week but better luck for next time!

A gargoyle of Notre Dame

Here you can see a close up of just one of the many gargoyles which can be found on the Notre Dame de Paris, used not only as decoration but also to direct water away from the architectural features of the building.
