This golden statue that can be found on a pillar at the Pont Alexandre III and is called La Renommée des Art. Created by Emmanuel Fremiet it depicts Fame restraining Pegasus, sculpted just before 1900.

These large and ornate golden statues can even be seen from a distance, with four statues, one at each corner of the bridge, this particular one being called Pegasus Held By Fame.
